Payment Disclaimer & Policy

Brainy & Footsy ("Platform") operates as an online marketplace connecting campsite Hosts and Guests. This Payment Disclaimer outlines the responsibilities and limitations of Brainy & Footsy with respect to all financial transactions conducted between Hosts and Guests on or through the Platform.

Brainy & Footsy does not process, hold, transfer, or facilitate payments between Hosts and Guests. All financial transactions — including but not limited to booking deposits, nightly rates, storage fees, and stopover parking fees — occur directly between the Host and the Guest.

Brainy & Footsy is not a party to any payment transaction and assumes no liability for any payment made or received in connection with a booking.

Payment methods are determined solely by the Host. Hosts may choose to accept payments via third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• •PayPal
• •Venmo
• •Cash App
• •Zelle
• •Cash or check (at Host's discretion)

Brainy & Footsy makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the security, reliability, or terms of any third-party payment platform. Users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of any payment service they use.

Hosts pay a recurring subscription fee directly to Brainy & Footsy for access to the Platform and its features. This subscription fee:

• •Is separate from and unrelated to any payments received from Guests.
• •Does not entitle Hosts to any commission refunds, booking guarantees, or dispute resolution services.
• •Is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate subscription agreement.

Brainy & Footsy does not charge Guests any booking fees, service fees, or commissions. The price listed by the Host is the price the Guest pays — directly to the Host.

Brainy & Footsy does not guarantee that:

• •A Guest will complete payment to a Host.
• •A Host will issue a refund to a Guest.
• •Any payment dispute will be resolved in any particular manner.

Users assume full responsibility for verifying payment completion prior to confirming a booking or granting access to a property.

Any payment disputes, chargebacks, refund requests, or fraud claims are strictly between the Host and the Guest. Brainy & Footsy is not responsible for and will not intervene in payment disputes between Users.

In the event of a payment dispute, Users are encouraged to:

1. 1.First attempt to resolve the matter directly with the other party.
2. 2.Contact the third-party payment platform used for the transaction.
3. 3.Seek legal counsel if necessary.

Brainy & Footsy reserves the right, but is not obligated, to suspend or remove accounts involved in repeated or egregious payment disputes.

Hosts are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from payments received through bookings, including but not limited to income tax, occupancy tax, lodging tax, or sales tax as required by their local, state, or federal jurisdiction.

Brainy & Footsy does not collect, report, or remit taxes on behalf of any Host or Guest. Users are strongly encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding their obligations.

Brainy & Footsy strongly advises all Users to:

• •Never send payment outside of an agreed-upon method established before booking.
• •Be cautious of requests to pay via gift cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
• •Report any suspicious activity or suspected fraud to us immediately via Customer Support.

Brainy & Footsy is not liable for any losses resulting from fraudulent transactions between Users.

Brainy & Footsy reserves the right to update this Payment Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
